Deadline:
August 30- to register click the red button in the upper right hand corner.
Cyclists will be required to choose a maximum of 2 events for safety reasons.
For National qualifying:
1. Cyclists qualifying in either the 5K or 10K time trials may enter both time trial events.
2. Cyclists qualifying in either the 20K or 40K road races may enter both road race events.
Our Race Day Events staff will be on hand again to host this event for 2024!
Events: 5K (Time Trial), 20K Road Race (mass start), 40K Road Race (mass start).
Note: Out-of-state residents may register for the cycling competition. Tennesseans- tell your friends.
Medals will be awarded according to actual place, not separated by in-state and out-of-state.

Saturday, 9/21
Start times (races will be held separate, not combined):
5K: 8:30 am eastern
20K: 11:30 am eastern
40K: 1:30 pm eastern
Staging Location for ALL RACES:
Rush Strong School

Strawberry Plains, TN 37871
Please note that the 40K race will technically be 37.9 kilometers, as this affords a better and safer course.
Official Athlete CHECK-IN Times:
Saturday, September 21: 7:30 am and one hour before the 20K and 40K starts.
The Race Day events team will be onsite to handle all timing and chip details.

Medals: If you must leave before medals are awarded, please have a friend/athlete check your place and pick it up for you. Medals will also be mailed after receiving a request in writing, accompanied by a check payable to the TN Senior Olympics in the amount of $8.00 per medal for shipping. Mail to: TSO, PO Box 681, Mt.
